About the Studio
Singing is NOT cancelled!
Music is still here. Learning is still here. Joy is still here.
This studio welcomes all students, offering professional, high quality, and honest instruction. Each student can expect to be treated respectfully, as an individual, with focus on their unique goals.
This studio is a safe place.

Things may look and sound a little different these days, but the mission is still the same. It is my privilege and my joy to help people find their voice and discover the visceral happiness that comes with singing. No matter your age, experience or goals, there is a place in the world for your voice.

Currently, I am not accepting any new private voice students, except through Eastern Washington University. However, I highly recommend the studios of Ann Benson (based in Spokane( and Reg Unterseher, (based in tri-cities) two outstanding teachers with similarly equipped studio programs and philosophies of singing. If you are looking to get started right away, I encourage you to check them out!

When necessary for reasons of health and safety, lessons and instruction can be delivered online. The virtual studio is connected with commercial speed, hardwired internet, a MacPro digital workstation with Logic Pro, Dorico, and other music tech resources, including Avid Pro Hype Mic (digital) and a Shure SM58m (dynamic) mic. In addition I maintain a subscription to SheetMusicDirect and Appcompanist for repertoire available on demand. The studio keyboard is a Yamaha Clavinova CSP-170 which can create individualized tracks for popular and worship music.

Students with limited tech access or insufficient internet to connect for a lesson can contact Cynthia about options for non-synchronous learning.
